I don’t even know where to begin.
I feel so used. So let down. So misunderstood.
It’s like I gave all this love and energy to people who just took what they wanted and left.
That guy... he completely love-bombed me. Made me feel so seen and adored — like I was the centre of his world. And just when I let my guard down, he switched. Told me he didn’t want a relationship but still wanted to hang around when it suited him.
Like I was supposed to just stay there — loyal, quiet, convenient.
I’d had enough.
I told him to bugger off.
And then, just as my music career was picking up, I got offered management by someone really high up in the business. Big promises. Big names. It felt like things were finally shifting.
But the second he realised I wasn’t going to sleep with him, he ghosted me. Blocked me on everything. No explanation, no goodbye.
Then came the rumours. Nasty, made-up crap being whispered behind my back by people who didn’t even know me.
And I later found out he’d started them.
I felt powerless. Alone. Angry.
And I had no idea what to do with all that energy.
Until one day, I was at the gym, and this song — F.YOU — just spilled out of me.
I started singing it under my breath and instantly felt lighter. Like something heavy had finally lifted.
It was the release I didn’t even know I needed.
This song isn’t about revenge.
It’s about reclaiming my voice.
It’s cheeky, it’s fun, and somehow it makes me feel happy while saying F YOU to the people and situations that tried to dim my light.
It’s not payback — it’s freedom.
And damn, it feels good.
